Stéphanie Le Boëdec
Sur les chemins de la sérénité
She first managed hundreds of millions of euros of Marionnaud corporate budget before adopting the Indian philosophy and then choosing new trendy opportunities in private coaching.
Tropezians at heart, her parents Roger and Chantal started their business in La Renaissance restaurant, in Place des Lices. Stéphanie had a traditional education : Les Lauriers primary school, Lycée du Golfe high school with schoolmates Caroline Ugo and Anne-Florence Bortolotti. She graduated from the prestigious Aix-en-Provence school of management and completed a Master’s degree in foreign languages (French, English and German) and trade accredited in London and Cologne. “After finishing my studies, I was immediately hired in the Prestige Fragrances department of Procter & Gamble. A fascinating and exciting experience that, however, has been stopped for 8 months to travel the world. Kenya, India, Myanmar, Laos, Australia, Hawaii… and the legendary US Route 66 and the amazing landscapes of Arizona and Grand Canyon.“
2012 was a decisive year. “A head-hunter offers me the opportunity of becoming the Manager France in the Elizabeth Arden global headquarters based in Geneva. A nice position for a few months. I decided to focus on my personal life and after a specialized training, I created SL Coaching in order to devote my time to coach companies and businessmen wishing to optimize their management. So, I left Elizabeth Arden and decided to fly on my own. I do not regret that choice.” Born in 1977, Stéphanie missed one or two Bravades in her whole life. “It is an important event for us, children from Saint-Tropez, because it strengthens the ties between all generations. Besides, we are all godparents of each other’s children, we have been a true growing family over the years…”
